Made me feel very comfortable and spent as much time with me as I needed. Very, very knowledgeable. Answered all questions. I learned a lot. Laurie was so very patient, kind, reassuring, understanding, and professional. She provided the very same expertise and concerned care that I’ve grown to expect and appreciate with Snowden ENT. Laurie made me feel at ease and never rushed at any time during my appointment. She provided great insight into my ongoing treatment plan and suggested some very helpful additional options to adapt to my daily care plan.
